New Menu Item – Teona’s Traditional Gluten Free Carbonara

Here at Senza Gluten Restaurant, we are incredibly passionate about offering dishes that the celiac disease/gluten free community misses the most, and we’re thrilled to announce our newest menu item – Teona’s Traditional Carbonara!

Teona (owner and co-founder of Senza Gluten) has always loved carbonara, and it’s a dish that  diners have requested on numerous occasions.

We worked closely with a special guest from Italy to create a truly authentic Italian dish. He described that when he turned twelve years old, his parents brought him to the kitchen and said that there is a time when every member of his family learns how to make carbonara – and that day had arrived. 

Our talented chef used these traditional techniques, high quality ingredients, and years of experience in the gluten free culinary scene to create a perfect gluten free variation. After some delicious taste-tests, adjustments, and discussions we are proud to present this dish on our specials list just in time for National Carbonara Day.
