Here at Senza Gluten, we’re passionate about offering classic Italian dishes – ones that perhaps might be difficult to find gluten free versions of and comfort foods that our guests have told us they often miss. Our 100% gluten free menu currently features traditional desserts such as tiramisu, molten chocolate cake, and shortbread cookies with chocolate sauce. After several delicious taste testing experiments last year, we were thrilled to introduce one of Teona’s favorite desserts – gluten free cannoli.
Our Sicilian style cannoli are filled with a very lightly sweetened ricotta and are filled to order to maintain a perfectly crunchy shell. Choose from a variety of toppings including:
- Chopped pistachios
- Semisweet chocolate chips
- Candied orange peel
- Candied cherries
