Menu Spotlight: Gluten Free Risotto

Do you love risotto? We do, as well! This classic Italian dish is believed to have been developed in northern Italy in the early 1800s, and saffron was sometimes added for color and flavor. Developing the perfect creamy texture requires care and constant attention while cooking.

Here at Senza Gluten Restaurant, we currently offer two different risotto dishes: 

Risotto ai Funghi – risotto with mushrooms, parmesan, and truffle oil.

Risotto allo Zafferano – risotto with saffron, onions, parmigiano reggiano, white wine, and butter.
