Menu Spotlight: Gluten Free Profiteroles

One of our passions here at Senza Gluten Restaurant is creating gluten free versions of classic dishes that members of the gluten free community miss the most. And we also have a passion for delicious desserts.
For years, returning guests have requested gluten free profiteroles, and our team worked tirelessly for months to create the perfect texture and flavor combinations. We introduced this dessert to our specials list last year for Valentine’s Day, and we’re excited to now include it in our regular menu so that more guests have the opportunity to try this new heavenly treat.
This classic pasty features puff pastry choux and is filled with rich vanilla ice cream and topped with a decadent chocolate sauce. It’s a perfect romantic dessert to share with a loved one. Don’t want to share? No problem, we’re always happy to make more!
