Here at Senza Gluten Restaurant in Greenwich Village, NYC, we are proud to say that our entire restaurant has been 100% gluten free since the day we opened. Our gluten free policies aren’t just related to our kitchen – we do not allow any outside food due to safety reasons, so our dining room is also dedicated gluten free. In addition, our entire bar/drink menu is gluten free.

We are often asked about our beer options and our bourbon cocktails. We currently serve a variety of Glutenberg beers, which are brewed from 100% gluten free ingredients. They are always a popular choice among our guests. We also specifically source a unique bourbon that is distilled from corn instead of wheat, and our team is happy to expertly prepare a Bourbon Smash or Manhattan.
