We understand that dining out can be challenging for individuals with celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. We believe everyone deserves a safe environment to enjoy delicious food without worry. Our restaurant and bakery are 100% gluten free, and we are happy to accommodate other food intolerances and allergies.

 

What is

Celiac Disease?

Celiac disease is a genetic autoimmune disorder that affects about 1% of the population (about 3 million people in the United States). Currently the only treatment is a strict gluten free diet. Additionally, about 18 million Americans have non-celiac gluten sensitivity and also follow a gluten free diet.

Why

Italian?

Italian food is an all-time favorite. However, it is characterized by foods like pasta and pizza. At Senza Gluten we want to bring the best Italian dishes to your table using a completely gluten free approach.
