Here at Senza Gluten, we’re passionate about offering classic Italian dishes – ones that perhaps might be difficult to find gluten free versions of and comfort foods that our guests have told us they often miss. So we were thrilled to introduce our gluten free tortellini with pesto!

We received many requests over the years for gluten free tortellini. Our tortellini features three cheeses (ricotta, parmesan and pecorino) and is served with a delicious house-made pesto. Add an additional sprinkle of parmesan cheese, take a bite, and you’d think you were transported to Italy! 

This dish made its’ way onto our specials menu in the summer of 2022, and it’s been so popular that we’ve brought it back numerous times. Please ask your server if this special is available during your visit, and be sure to let us know your thoughts. We often transfer popular dishes from our specials menu over to our regular menu based on feedback from our guests.
