Menu Spotlight: Gluten Free French Toast
There’s nothing quite like Sunday brunch on a sunny summer’s day in New York City – and it’s even more special when the entire menu is 100% gluten free!
Upon making the decision last year to offer weekend brunch, we immediately set our sights on creating a classic and unforgettable brunch experience. How could we have brunch without offering eggs benedict, avocado toast, omelettes, pancakes, and of course – fresh toast? Our gluten free french toast quickly became one of our most popular menu items with guests praising the taste and texture – slightly crispy and golden brown on the outside, pillowy and airy on the inside.
Our traditional french toast is is served with maple syrup and seasonal fruit – pair it with a mimosa or peach bellini for a classic brunch experience, just without the gluten!
