10 years ago we opened our doors in the bitter cold, anxious and excited to greet our first diners. Opening a 100% gluten free restaurant certainly involves a big leap of faith. We had meticulously developed dozens of recipes, researched ingredients, trained our staff, and decorated to bring a touch of Italy to Greenwich Village. Everything we did was infused with great care and love, and we hoped to be lucky enough to find a community.

And now 10 years later – we are simply so grateful.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our story. Thank you to every guest who has visited and to all of our followers who hope to dine with us in the future. Thank you for traveling to see us, sharing your stories, choosing to celebrate special occasions with us. Our greatest joy is making people happy, and that joy is realized every day. You continue to change our lives in so many wonderful ways.
